Elpromotions Agency was proud to provide professional Lindt & Sprüngli Event Crew Ibiza for a corporate sales conference taking place across several days on the island.
Working on behalf of JOY event & media, our local Ibiza site crew supported the production team with the physical setup and dismantling of the event at the Palacio de Congresos de Ibiza in Santa Eulària and Agroturismo Atzaró Ibiza.
During the event build, our Event Crew Ibiza team unloaded trucks, transported flight cases and pallets to the required locations and assisted with assembling frame displays according to the production team’s instructions.
Following the conference, our crew supported the de-rig and event logistics operation. Duties included collecting decorative materials, loading and securing pallets, transporting equipment back to the trucks and assisting with the general dismantling of event equipment and decorations. The project also included an overnight de-rig at Atzaró Ibiza.
