The Royal Ascot Hospitality Staff also assisted with crowd flow and guest management at activation points such as the sketch artist, calligrapher, harpist performances, and the Arabic coffee station. They distributed raffle tokens, supported iPad registrations, and worked closely with sales representatives to guide guests through activation experiences while maintaining a seamless flow.
