Elpromotions Agency was delighted to provide professional VIP hosts and hostesses for a corporate hospitality box at Royal Ascot, supporting guest experience across the prestigious five-day event.
Across the event, our team supplied up to nine experienced VIP hostesses and hosts per day, working exclusively within the corporate hospitality box to ensure guests received a polished, attentive and well-managed experience throughout their visit. Our VIP hosts and hostesses in the UK played a key role in maintaining the premium standards expected at this world-renowned sporting occasion.
Responsibilities included welcoming guests into the hospitality box, guiding them to branded photo opportunities, providing clear directions to key areas such as the terrace and Royal Suite, and supporting guest engagement activities throughout the day. The team also distributed branded gifts and giveaways, managed stock levels, and ensured the space remained clean, organised and presentable at all times.
Additional support was provided at activation points within the hospitality box, including managing guest flow for live performances, assisting with creative experiences, supporting raffle activity and iPad registrations, and working closely with on-site representatives to ensure guests moved seamlessly through each activation. All support was delivered with professionalism, discretion and attention to detail, alongside our wider luxury event staffing services.
