All our event staff, hospitality staff and models are based in Ibiza. They have a valid EU passport and NIE (Número de Identificación de Extranjero) number. All our non-EU staff members have a valid NIE number and either 1) a work and residence permit or 2) a work and residence visa. All our staff is paid via monthly payroll. When you hire us, you hire the full service including the full campaign management and payroll.
