Our model and staffing division in Ibiza represents promotional staff, hostesses, commercial models, performers and hair & make up artists. Our models work at venues, such as Ushuaia, Nikki Beach, Ibiza Rocks Hotel and KM5 to name a few.
We have provided hospitality and waiting staff since 2010. Specialising in bartenders, waitresses and VIP waiting staff including runners and barbacks. Whether your function is big or small, we believe it is essential to have the right event staff on site. We will send you a detailed quote based on the information we received in your booking request. All our quotes are transparent and you will never have to pay any hidden fees or charges!
In order to ensure the best people for your event, our team gets to work! We carefully select and send you staff profiles with only the required skills and experience required for your booking. Our aim is to ensure that the people we book are suitable for your event.
Once you have made your selection, we will contact the staff to confirm them for the dates selected. All our staff are under a strict contract that at this stage and cancellations are not possible. (we charge staff a fee for any last minute cancellations)
You have your chosen team, now it’s time to sign the contract. Our agency invoicing terms are 7 days, however should you wish to work on longer terms, please contact us. You will receive a 50% deposit invoice for payment due before the booking and the remaining 50% is due post booking.
All our and hospitality staff are based in Ibiza. They have a valid EU passport and NIE (Número de Identificación de Extranjero) number. All our non-EU staff members have a valid NIE number and either 1) a work and residence permit or 2) a work and residence visa. All our staff is paid via monthly payroll. When you hire us, you hire the full service including the full campaign management and payroll.
