How to register?
Please complete our online application form here. Currently we are only accepting new staff with at least 2 years of experience in the required industries below as an event staff/VIP hostess/image model.
What type of experience are we looking for?
We mainly work with clients in the luxury retail, advertising, marketing, gaming, beauty, hospitality and motorsport industries. Therefore, you must have at least 2 years experience working for the above industries as a hostess, event staff, promotional model, hospitality staff or supervisor/event manager. When completing your application form, it is important to include this information in your bio and give us a short overview on your past experience in working for similar clients and industries. It will help us present you to our clients who will be making the selection based on your bio and experience. Only include the information you would like the clients to see, remember to never include your personal contact details.
Profile photo requirements
Please ensure your profile photo is professional, taken with a good light that represents you! This is the first image our clients will see and first impressions matter. Note that body shots, side images, back shots and photos with sunglasses are not permitted. Please do not upload pouting selfies or photos with drinks in hand. Ensure that you face the camera. Profile photo doesn’t have to be taken by a professional photographer, however it needs to be good quality, clear and not blurry.
Gallery photos – What we require
When you submit your application you are also required to upload additional gallery photos. Our preferred image requirements are below:
- Professional and semi-professional photographs – These should be taken of you in a studio or on location. Please view our female model and male model board for examples.
- On-site event photos (lifestyle) – Photos of you working at a corporate event, private VIP hosting or promotional jobs either dressed in smart business attire or in promotional clothing. This helps clients envisage how you would look if you are booked for one of their jobs as opposed to images that are photoshopped, airbrushed or edited. Please do not upload all selfies of you as they will not get you booked for work.
- How many photos? – We recommend to upload at least 5 photos to your gallery. Having more variety photos in your gallery will increase your chance of getting booked. Do not upload more than 20 images and always keep your profile updated with the latest photos from bookings you have completed.
Please note that we do not accept group photos. All images should only be of you. Remember to never include images where you may be holding a drink or any other props. If any of your personal appearance or physical information changes, please update your profile online. It’s also important to note that all photos should be recent and no more than 6 months old. Please do not upload blurry or low resolution images as we will not be able to use them on the website or put you forward for any work. Your profile will be deactivated if you are missing a profile photo or/and gallery images or they are not of sufficient quality. If your profile has been deactivated by our New Faces & Registration Team, you can email your updated images to firstname.lastname@example.org and once the photos are approved, you will be live on our website again!
Who is eligible?
For our UK applicants, we will require a copy of ID and work visa (for non-UK residents). If you are applying to work in Ibiza, you must have a valid NIE number, EU Passport or Right to Work Visa. You must be based in Ibiza for the duration of the campaign you are applying for. All applicants will be required to send a valid proof of ID (copy of passport) and a copy of your NIE and/or Residencia documents. For Monaco and Berlin applicants, all staff should have a valid European Passport, Residency or Work Permit.
Payroll and pay info
Elpromotions Ltd payrun is on the last working day of each month. We do not accept PAYE and all staff must have a valid UTR number and be responsible for their own Tax and National Insurance. Payments are made via bank transfer on the last working day of each month upon presenting a valid invoice to email@example.com.
