Elpromotions Agency was proud to support FashionTV and the FTV Gaming Group during a three-day luxury activation at the ICE Totally Gaming Conference 2023, hosted at ExCeL London.
The activation featured a unique dual-purpose venue: a historic Elizabethan boat docked outside ExCeL London, serving as a VIP meeting hub during the day and transforming into a premium afterparty destination each evening. Elpromotions supplied professional VIP hostesses and models to welcome guests, manage red-carpet arrivals, provide VIP hospitality and support brand presentation throughout the experience.
Working alongside the wider production team, our hostesses delivered a polished and engaging guest experience, supporting luxury brand representation through guest interaction, photo moments and front-of-house management. Their presence added elegance, structure and consistency across both the daytime meetings and evening entertainment.
