Elpromotions Agency worked with MG Motor UK at the annual CarFest South 2023, providing professional event staffing and on-site logistical support across the three-day festival.
Our team was responsible for the coordination and management of the MG Motor stand, ensuring smooth operation throughout the event. In addition, we supplied experienced brand ambassadors and event hostesses to support visitor engagement, collect customer data via iPads and manage test-drive bookings for the MG vehicle range, including the MG5, MG HS, MG ZS, MG4 and MG4 XPOWER.
The brand ambassadors played a key role in encouraging interaction with festival attendees, supporting lead generation, data capture and gift giveaways while maintaining a professional and approachable presence on the stand. Operating within a busy festival environment required adaptability, organisation and strong communication skills, supported by our specialist motorsport & automotive event staffing teams.
CarFest South is a large-scale charity fundraising event that combines live music, food demonstrations and automotive showcases, attracting families and car enthusiasts from across the UK.
