Goodwood Festival Of Speed

We worked with MG Motor UK to support with event staffing at the annual Goodwood Festival of Speed held at the Goodwood Motor Circuit.

MG Motor UK showed off the latest all-electric offering at Goodwood Festival of Speed, where they offered visitors the chance to be among the first to see the new MG5 EV.

The first official UK viewing since MG Live! at Silverstone took place on the event’s new ‘Electric Avenue’ feature, with the award winning all electric estate car taking centre stage at Goodwood’s dedicated EV section.

We provided a Team Leader for data collection and also to hand out MG branded merchandise to visitors.

MG Live 2022

Elpromotions worked with MG Motor UK to support the annual MG Live 2022 event at Silverstone Circuit in June 2022.

We provided a Team Leader and three wonderful event staff to collect customer data on iPads and hand out free MG branded merchandise. All Elpromotions event staff were fully briefed on MG cars showcased at the event. This year MG showcased their most popular MG ZS EV electric car that was a big hit amongst the visitors.

MG Live is brought to us by MG Car Club, at the home of British motorsport, Silverstone. The exciting 2-day event is the largest MG event in the world and this year celebrated its 60 years of the MGB and 40 years of post-Abingdon MGs.

The MG Car Club welcomed MG Motor UK, supporting the event with displays of the latest MG models, including the latest electric cars wearing the octagon badge.

As well as the celebrations, we saw a packed schedule of race action, all weekend. There was also the return of the MG Car Club Autotest as members competed for the coveted California Cup, alongside live music, trade show, lifestyle marquee, Autojumble and entertainment arena featuring interviews and cars from across the MG community.

Prada Retail Pop-Up

Elpromotions worked with Prada Retail UK to support the summer pop-up series activation at the Prada Flagship store on Bond Street and at Westfield London.

The activation featured a fabulous Prada branded cart and custom branded juice bottles.

Elpromotions Brand Ambassadors handed out the cute juice bottles to customers and shoppers to encourage store visits.

The Summer pop-up campaign lasted 4 weeks from April until May.

We were hired by Bocconcino Restaurant in Mayfair, London to assist with Wimbledon Tennis 2019 activation.

Our engaging Promotional models were required to walk around the surrounding area in Berkeley Square, handing out promotional material for the upmarket Italian restaurant.

Elpromotions Agency Ibiza private event crew was hired for a series of events across Ibiza.

We provided Ibiza based Event Crew and Carpenters to help bring the event to life, including event set up and pack down.

We worked with a London based events company S2 Events, who managed a series of private VIP events in Ibiza.

Elpromotions Agency assisted with Private Villa party and a VIP evening event held at Experimental Beach Club.

DSEI 2021 Expo Host booking took place at London Excel . Elpromotions Agency in London assisted with general stand duties, distributing promotional materials, collecting business cards and ensuring the event runs smoothly.

Our exhibition staff was tasked with managing the stand VIPs and delegates, as well as distributing brochures.

DSEI 2021 is and annual Defence and Security Event held in London. It’s both a live event in London AND a virtual event and plays host to the world’s largest gathering of the defence and security community.

Our awesome London Festival Staff team crushed it again at APE 2021.

Elpromotions worked with Wave Agency 4th year running to support Firestone Europe activation at this years All Points East Festival in London. This was the 1st major festival held post the pandemic.

Elpromotions promotional girls and boys handed out branded Firestone caps by roaming the Firestone stage area at the festival.

Elpromotions Agency in London was thrilled to have helped Great Wall Motors, a world-renowned SUV and pickup manufacturer to showcase its new energy models at the IAA Mobility 2021 in Munich. This was among the first major auto industry live events since the Covid pandemic.

While the show didn’t include brands like Stellantis, Toyota, General Motors and Volvo, their absence was filled with major German manufacturers and European brands, as well as newcomers from China.

We provided complete team uniform solutions for the international motor show. These included branded uniforms for front of house staff, valet staff, client management teams and promotional models.

The brief also included shipment to the event in Germany and end-to-end management of the creation and shipping process.

Elpromotions London VIP Event Staff assisted on a VIP Conference & Exhibition booking at Novotel London West. Our professional event hostesses worked at the sponsored VIP stand and evening bar, serving coffees, welcoming guests and making sure everything runs smoothly throughout the day and night.

For the Awards Night, our evening professional VIP hostess team assisted at a VIP Ibiza style ‘Invite Only’ bar with only sponsors in attendance.

Elpromotions hostesses ensured the stand was clean, champagne flowing and everyone had a great tine. Our London VIP Event Staff also escorted the guests into the room where the awards night was held.

Elpromotions worked with digital media delivery service Sony Entertainment Network to support their ‘tech’ Mecca activation in Ibiza.

Sony Entertainment Network joined forces with one of the world’s most high tech hotels – Ibiza’s Ushuaia Beach Hotel. The company installed the latest music, gaming and film devices into Ushuaia Hotel, which already boasts a cashless payment system.

Sony Entertainment Network Ibiza tech activation featured a poolside entertainment demo area with games, competitions and movies. Hotel guests were able to lounge by the pool and create their own silent disco from a 15-million song jukebox, watch movies from their sun lounger or play games from the PlayStation store.

Within the complex Sony set up a wireless music service, gaming and movie station with a dedicated Ibiza Channel. The Music Unlimited service was complete with the biggest Ibiza anthems, hottest new electronic music and your favourite dance classics.

Elpromotions Agency Ibiza rolled out a 2-week promotional staffing campaign with female and male promotions staff at Ushuaia Beach Hotel, with branding and demo presence encompassing music, film and gaming.

The Ibiza models engaged and enticed guests to ‘try out’ new Sony products, in addition to competitions, games and movies. Our professional Ibiza promotional team engaged with hotel guests and ‘passers by’ encouraging to visit the poolside entertainment demo area. Hotel guests also had an opportunity to chill out and enjoy films, music and games for free.
