Elpromotions worked with digital media delivery service Sony Entertainment Network to support their ‘tech’ Mecca activation in Ibiza.

Sony Entertainment Network joined forces with one of the world’s most high tech hotels – Ibiza’s Ushuaia Beach Hotel. The company installed the latest music, gaming and film devices into Ushuaia Hotel, which already boasts a cashless payment system.

Sony Entertainment Network Ibiza tech activation featured a poolside entertainment demo area with games, competitions and movies. Hotel guests were able to lounge by the pool and create their own silent disco from a 15-million song jukebox, watch movies from their sun lounger or play games from the PlayStation store.

Within the complex Sony set up a wireless music service, gaming and movie station with a dedicated Ibiza Channel. The Music Unlimited service was complete with the biggest Ibiza anthems, hottest new electronic music and your favourite dance classics.

Elpromotions Agency Ibiza rolled out a 2-week promotional staffing campaign with female and male promotions staff at Ushuaia Beach Hotel, with branding and demo presence encompassing music, film and gaming.

The Ibiza models engaged and enticed guests to ‘try out’ new Sony products, in addition to competitions, games and movies. Our professional Ibiza promotional team engaged with hotel guests and ‘passers by’ encouraging to visit the poolside entertainment demo area. Hotel guests also had an opportunity to chill out and enjoy films, music and games for free.

Elpromotions Agency Ibiza worked with iconic Ushuaia Beach Hotel to support and manage a series of promotional campaigns for Ushuaia grand opening in 2011.

Working closely with their team, the Ibiza agency was hired to provide promotional staff and image models. The promo team assisted with raising Ushuaia’s brand awareness and interest through flyering and face-to-face marketing.

Elpromotions professional hostesses and hosts worked at a number of Ushuaia pre-parties to increase brand awareness. The venues included Pacha Hotel, Bay Bar, Sunset strip and many more. The face-to-face promotional campaign took place over a 4-week period in San Antonio and Playa d’en Bossa.

Ibiza model agency promo staff increased the amount of ticket sales for Ushuaia Beach Hotel‘s weekly events by 40%. The Ibiza promotional campaign also boosted social media followers and local brand knowledge.

Elpromotions Ibiza worked with a client to provide performers, entertainers and dancers for Gangsta’s Paradise themed VIP birthday party. Held in a villa with views over gorgeous Es Vedra and with a special surprise performance by Coolio.

Working closely with their team and Be Real Ibiza, the Elpromotions Ibiza Talent Agency developed a strategy for both events and handled the staff liaison and negotiations with entertainment teams.

We managed both VIP events in Ibiza including a ‘White Party’ held on a luxury yacht and a ‘VIP Birthday Party’ that took place in a beautiful villa in the hills of Es Vedra. The Birthday event featured a special surprise guest – American R’n’B & Hip Hop star Coolio.

Elpromotions Ibiza provided over 10 entertainment staff in total, including fire breathers, stilt walkers and water performers (synchronised swimmers). The agency also provided dancers, event staff, MUA’s, hair stylists and body painters.

Elpromotions Ibiza Agency was responsible for complete event staffing and entertainment solutions for both VIP events.

Elpromotions model & staffing agency Los Angelens Models

Elpromotions Los Angeles worked with a Belgian born and LA based fashion designer David Giampiccolo on the latest photoshoot for his brand Schizo.

Working closely with the designer, Elpromotions agency produced an editorial shoot in Venice Beach, California. The photoshoot featured fashion designer David Giampiccolo and his latest collection, as well as jewellery from Rachel Zoe Jewelry.

In addition, the agency held a promotional PR shoot for Elpromotions LA New Faces division to celebrate the opening in April 2014.

Elpromotions Agency was responsible for logistics, production, models, MUA, stylist and a photographer.

Elpromotions worked with the iconic hair extensions brand Easilocks to provide promotional models for Clothes Show Live at NEC, Birmingham. Easilocks promotional girls modelled hair extensions, engaged with stand visitors and demonstrated the new hair extensions range on stage.

The event featured an on stage demo and on stand demonstrations by Easilocks professional hair stylists.

Elpromotions Birmingham Promotional models demonstrated the new hair extensions range both on stage and on stand, where on stand demo’s and customer showcases were held. Our professional promotional girls also engaged with show visitors and handed out promotional product discount leaflets.

Elpromotions worked with the financial giant Banco Santander to assist at the British Grand Prix 50th Anniversary. Santander is one of the biggest blue-chip sponsors in F1 and have sponsored several title races.

Working closely with their team, we were responsible for end-to-end campaign management including recruitment and casting of the image models and grid girls. We also looked after staff travel arrangements and on-site logistics.

The 2014 Grand Prix Grid Girls were dressed in beautiful 50’s vintage themed outfits. These included a custom-made red dress, red headband and white jacket in Santander brand colours.

The event management aspect of the campaign included providing make up artists, hair stylists, production staff, accommodation and catering.

Elpromotions successfully executed a 4-day staffing campaign at the Silverstone Circuit in Silverstone, UK that featured 50 image models and pit girls for the Formula 1 50th Anniversary race.

The fashion show featured 10 catwalk models who walked for various International Fashion Designers.

The Ibiza fashion show was part of a monthly event ‘What Women Want’ at Nikki Beach in Santa Eulalia, Ibiza.

Elpromotions Agency in Ibiza assisted with professional female models for the 1-day editorial photoshoot that took place at a beautiful Cala Llonga beach in Ibiza.

In addition to commercial models, we also supplied a make up artist and hair stylist for the photoshoot.

Elpromotions worked with UK Health & Beauty Retailer Superdrug to support their sexual awareness campaign to raise STD awareness on holiday. Superdrug Ibiza campaign warned 18-to-35-year-olds about the dangers of promiscuity while on vacation.

The agency supplied ‘real life’ models for the Superdrug’s Ibiza editorial campaign in 2015. Superdrug Ibiza campaign featured a commercial model and the photoshoot took place in a beautiful villa in Roca Llisa.

Health and beauty retailer sexual awareness campaign was published in top British Newspapers including the Daily Mail and The Mirror.

VIBER

Elpromotions Ibiza ran promotional campaign activation for Viber at Ibiza Rocks Hotel, Viber partnered with Ibiza Rocks for the summer for the campaign #vibizarocks

Viber offers phone and video calls to your family, chat with your mates, games, or simply a follow a public chat, you can do it all for free on Viber.

Promotional Staff was booked to promote Viber with charging stations for hotel guests to charge their phones while poolside. The promo staff also encouraged guests to charge and use Viber.

In turn guests shared ‘good vibes’ pictures and messages across their own social media channels such as Instagram and Twitter, using the hashtag #vibizarocks

Elpromotions Ibiza promo managed a 6-week promotional campaign and encouraged hotel guests to post on social media channels and in return giveaway limited edition Viber beach towels, sunglasses and beach balls.
